Occupying an elevated position with views over Highgate’s playing fields, the design of this 3,800sq ft property was based on a modern, ecologically focused lifestyle and was built using the most innovative construction processes. As the main contractor, we used sustainable cross-laminated timber for the main superstructure, which took just six days to construct and significantly reduced time and build costs.

With sustainability a prime focus, we also used the best alternative to tropical hardwood and preservative treated wood – Kebony and provided EcoDan air source pumps and a Bauder green roof.

The interior of the property is designed to the highest specification and we maximised its triple aspect position by including sliding glass ‘walls’ that lead out to the terraces and gardens. In keeping with the property’s contemporary styling, our sister company, Lime Black, supplied the German handle-less kitchen and utility, plus the bedroom and living room fitted furniture.
