Employed with the task of renovating & extending a 800sqf 2bed bungalow.

Champion employed an architect to design and obtain planning for a rear and site extension and creating a second story.

Full planning permission was achieved, and we manged to double the sqf to 1600sqf with a large kitchen and dining area, separate living room with bifold doors onto the rear garden, utility room & cloakroom toilet. One large master bedroom with bath & shower ensuite, fitted vanity units and fitted wardrobes, bedroom 2 with a shower ensuite with built in vanity units and fitted wardrobe to the bedroom, bedroom 3 with fitted wardrobe, bed 4 / study / storage.

This vast refurbishment included increasing the thermal properties of the house, full heating system, Aga and gas fireplace and a complete re wire of the property.

The kitchen was fabricated in Germany using oak veneered doors, Bosch appliances and quartz worktop.

The externals included a new drainage system, storm water attenuation system, fully paved around the property making it an enjoyable space for the summer months, the existing garage was converted into a sunroom / study with bifold doors facing the garden, making it a really useable space all year round.
